About InnerCanvas
Private drawing reflection for adults
InnerCanvas is a web-based self-reflection service that uses guided drawing prompts and AI-assisted observation to help adults explore personal meaning without presenting a drawing as a diagnosis.
What InnerCanvas does
You choose a guided drawing task, create or upload a drawing, and receive a report organized around visible observations, cautious possibilities, evidence limits, and reflection questions. The report is a starting point for your own thinking, not an authority on your identity or mental health.
How the method is bounded
InnerCanvas separates what can be seen in an image from what someone might choose to reflect on. It does not use a single symbol, visual feature, or AI output to prove trauma, a diagnosis, intelligence, compatibility, a fixed personality trait, or future behavior. Research findings are treated as limited, contextual, and sometimes conflicting.
Who it is for
The service is designed for adults using drawing as a private journaling and self-reflection activity. It is not a child, employee, school, forensic, medical, or clinical assessment tool, and it should not be used to make decisions about another person.
Privacy and control
Before you submit, a drawing stays in your browser. After submission, the drawing and the minimum analysis context needed for a report are sent to the configured model provider. Read the Privacy Notice for the current lifecycle, deletion, provider, account, and analytics details.
