This example shows the structure and evidence limits of a complete InnerCanvas report. It is not an assessment of the viewer.
Observation before interpretation
What is visibly present
- The house, tree, and person share one scene, with clear space between each element.
- The tree occupies the most vertical space; the person is smaller and placed near the house.
- Lines are mostly continuous, with denser detail around the roof and branches.
Possible reflections
- The scene gives different visual weight to place, growth, and human presence. That contrast can be used as a reflection prompt, but it is not a personality score.
- You might consider which element felt easiest to draw and what you personally wanted the spacing to communicate.
Questions worth exploring
- Which part of the scene feels most important to you?
- What, if anything, connects the three elements?
- What would you change if you drew the scene again?
Research and methodology
Evidence strength: limited and context-dependent
Limitations
- HTP indicator systems vary across studies.
- Clinical group associations cannot diagnose an individual adult.
- Artistic choice, materials, culture, and instructions can all affect visible features.
