Observation before interpretation
What is visibly present
- One whole figure is shown facing forward.
- The head, torso, arms, and legs are visibly complete.
- Facial and clothing details are selective rather than evenly distributed.
Possible reflections
- Completeness and detail can be described reliably as visible features, but common symbol-to-personality interpretations have weak validity.
- The useful question is what you chose to emphasize, in your own words.
Questions worth exploring
- Who is this person in the context of the drawing?
- Which detail feels most expressive to you?
- What action might happen next?
Research and methodology
Evidence strength: limited and context-dependent
Limitations
- Human figure drawing validity evidence is limited.
- Child scoring systems do not transfer automatically to adults.
- The report never infers intelligence, diagnosis, trauma, or protected traits.
